Volatile Organic Compound (V.O.C.): Normac NR-80GL is a 100% solids formulation and as a result has no VOC=s.  It is advised to consider local, state, provincial or federal laws pertaining to the application of any coatings prior to use.

Flash Point:  None, Normac NR-80GL Part "A" and "B" are both non-flammable in shipping, storage and application.

Application:  Normac NR-80GL is applied through low pressure plural component equipment.
The spray gun is both impingement and static mix to suit all types of applications.  This system uses air pressure to purge the tips.  Solvent flushing is not required during application. Typical operating temperatures are approximately 21oC (70oF).  Air requirements are 100 psi.

Surface Preparation: Bedliners require a light sanding ane no primer is needed. For more details see "Normac Surface Preparation Guide for Urethane Coatings".

Primers:
NR-9500:  A two component, single coat air curing solvent based primer.
900R:  A two component, air curing rubber based primer.
Refer to specific primer/adhesive data sheets.
