BR-3SV SPRAYABLE URETHANE
Product Description
A solvent based UV (Ultra violet) resistant, colour-fast (non-yellowing) urethane coating formulated for exterior use and as a topcoat over other non-UV resistant coatings. It is applied primarily for application by air or airless spray. It can also be brushed, rolled or dipped. Material: Aliphatic polyether urethane in dichloromethane or nPB (n-propyl bromide).

Application
Normac BR-3SF can be sprayed, brushed, rolled or dipped. Spraying is the preferred method of application using standard air or airless spray equipment. Spray nozzle sizes depend upon the article being sprayed, usual range or nozzle openings would be from 0.015 inches to 0.035". Surface Preparation: Standard surface preparation procedures such as grit blasting to near white/white metal or acid etching concrete is required for good mechanical bonding of the Normac BR-3SF sprayable urethane system. For more details see "Normac Surface Preparation Guide for Urethane Coatings." Primers: NR-9500: A two component, single coat air curing solvent based primer. NR-9600: A two component wash primer base for NR-9500. 900R/ECR: A two component, air curing rubber based primer. EP-100: A two component 100% solids primer for concrete.
