Trowelable Polyurethane Products
These polyurethane products
are designed primarily for the repair of existing elastomeric substrates
such as conveyor belt repair, pulley lagging repairs, urethane and rubber
lining repairs, off-road tire repair to name a few.
They are 2 part systems that when mixed will become putty-like and can be
applied with a trowel or stiff putty knife.
BR-2T
A two
component, 100% solids ether or ester based trowelable polyurethane with
a Shore Hardness of 45/50A for the repair of softer elastomers such as pure
gum rubber.
BR-3T
A two component,
100% solids ether or ester based trowelable polyurethane designed to
repair elastomeric products within an eight hour shift. Shore Hardness
is 75A. Applications include conveyor belt repairs, pulley lagging repairs
and other elastomeric repair work.
BR-5T
A two component,
100% solids ether or ester based trowelable polyurethane designed to
repair elastomeric products but with a longer working potlife for larger
repair applications. Shore hardness is 78A. Applications include conveyor belt repairs, rubber
lining repairs, off-road tire repairs as well as other elastomeric repairs.
BR-6T
A two component,
100% solids ether or ester based trowelable polyurethane designed with
a Shore Hardness of 90A for use as a repair material on articles requiring
higher hardness. Used primarily to repair existing urethane linings or
parts of similar hardness.
BR-7T
A two component,
100% solids ether or ester based trowelable polyurethane designed with
a Shore Hardness of 95A for use on higher hardness repairs. Used primarily
to repair existing elastomeric linings or parts of similar hardness.
